Kip Smith is a licensed Missouri real estate broker and auctioneer practicing in Southwest Missouri. He has 14 years experience in the Southwest Missouri real estate market. He is a general practitioner, meaning he has accrued expertise in all types real estate transactions. Kip is locally known for honest advice, long hours and always putting the client first. In his personal time, he enjoys fishing and spending time with family. He is a servant to the community through his membership in Rotary, where he has been named Rotarian of the Year numerous times and regularly conducts benefit auctions at no charge, whenever called upon. My wife and I have enjoyed working in the real estate business as both buyer’s and seller’s agent for many years. After retiring with Skoal/Copenhagen as a Department Manager, I worked for a major building supply company and made many friends in the construction business. We built several commercial buildings and residential properties before moving back to this area; my wife’s birthplace. Through my real estate career, I have very much enjoyed meeting and making friends and look forward to many more in the future. Buying and selling real estate is a major financial decision and I regard each transaction as if it were my own. I work seven days a week, and consider your time and needs extremely valuable, doing my best to make the process an efficient and pleasant one for you. Cody has been a licensed real estate agent since 2006. He is a graduate of Carthage High School and studied Business at Missouri Southern State University. He was recently elected State Representative of the Missouri 163rd District. Cody is also a member of Rotary Club International and the National Rifle Association. Cody is a knowledgeable and capable real estate agent who enjoys helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. He resides in Carthage with his wife, Jana, and their son, Charlie.

Karen Wright is a 3rd Generation lifetime Jasper County Resident. Karen and her husband live in Carthage, she has Children and Grandchildren that she enjoys spending time with. She is a member of Fairview Christian Church and is a member of the Soroptimist. She loves volunteering her time to help her friends and community.
